Ava rehomed July 2012
Ava is about ten years old, a small Retriever type cross about knee height. She was a little unsettled when she arrived but has a very kind gentle nature and loves everyone and everything.
Ava was here looking for a quiet, calm loving home with someone around most of the time and a few short walks a day, she would suit a retired or partially disabled person who wants a dog but can't walk too far. She loves just mooching about in the front garden on the grass and watching the world go by.
One of the main reasons Ava ended up with me was because she was CAT FRIENDLY
Fin tried his best to get a reaction out of her and she just ignored him - lol
Ava is a bit overweight, slightly stiff in her legs when she first gets up so slightly arthritic but this was been easily cured with Metacam from the vet. She has turned into a new dog, all bouncy and playful now she is no longer in pain which is lovely to see.
July 2012
It didn't take long for her to find her forever home. A retired lady will keep her in the life of luxury and she will want for nothing. New name 'Amy'.
